- Rates are per night, based on 2 to 5-person occupancy and a minimum stay of 3 nights. For shorter stays we charge a 10% supplement on the nightly rate.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Code, you have no right of withdrawal. However, we do grant you the following cancellation conditions:
- Cancellation is not possible free of charge during the high season (August, Christmas/New Year’s Eve, Carnival)
- Up to 14 days before arrival, it is possibile to cancel without any cancellation fee.
- Within the last 2 weeks before arrival, 50% of the booking price will be charged.
- In the event of a no-show, the guest will be charged the total price of the booking.
Express reference is made to the legal provisions of Art. 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code GvD 206/2005.
Better safe than sorry: we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to cover for any fees in the event you need to cancel your booking. Click here to insure your holiday.
You can check in at any time from 3 pm – or earlier by prior arrangement. On the day of departure, please vacate your chalet by 10 am.

We are happy to offer a transfer service from and to the bus stop or Sterzing railway station on your arrival and departure.
If you are travelling by car, you are welcome to park either in our chalet’s garage or in the outdoor car park.
There are several shops and supermarkets in Sterzing, where you can find all you need for your daily meals.
High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the chalet.

Yes. The sauna and hot tub are exclusively reserved for guests of Yak Häusl and can be enjoyed throughout the year.
Yes, bed linen, towels, and bathrobes are provided for your stay and are included in the price.
A beautiful circular hiking trail through the Pflersch Valley starts directly from Yak Häusl, inviting you to explore the surrounding nature. Nearby Ladurns and Rosskopf in Sterzing/Vipiteno also offer a wide range of hiking and skiing opportunities.
